No. My teacher in the 90s was teacher converted strategic nuclear planner for defence forces of Sweden. I only have his word as source, but he was pretty clear on the view that Taiwan had jo to hundred plus nukes the same way Israel has. Both view it as essential for their survival. I fully believe his word that Taiwan has nukes and never quit their program, especially since China was producing and testing them.

Anyways... Having such a guy as your social science teacher in high school made for some pretty interesting classes.
