Soil drainage, slope, and aspect are three major layers that influence the suitability. Not sure if that helps though. One change I'd make is to use a scale as opposed to classes, it probably wouldn't look as extreme.

It's difficult to have a single answer though because climate change will affect geographies differently and there's a lot of factors involved.
