ELI5 why does a man's penis hurt if he continues masturbsting/having sex after orgasm.

No, he's 100% completely right in every sense of the word.

I'm 39 and have been prescribed stimulant medications for 21 years now, Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, Strattera and now currently Mydayis. I've never abused it and I could honestly write you a book on exactly what he described.

When I first started taking it when I was 8 it was the cure all that I and my parents/doctor thought was the answer to all of my issues.. Fast forward to freshman year when the "honeymoon phase" wore off, at this point it was literally a pill I absolutely had to take in order to just get out of bed.. Sophomore year was the same dosage but with an additional instant release pill in the mid morning/early afternoon just to keep me awake.. Junior year, higher dosage same booster, end of that year was when depression really started to sink in.. Senior year was the same dosage, higher mg booster, I literally slept through school...

I completely flushed my next 3 months worth of prescriptions after graduation besides the boosters and slowly tapered myself off.. horrible idea, my body at that point just in 10 years was so dependant on stimulants that I couldn't physically lift my arms, or even sit up in bed without extreme effort - so pop a booster to just take a piss and make myself something to eat... So I had to resume usage just to function day to day.

I went to jail when I was 25 for a year and didn't disclose any medical information when I got booked (wasn't even thinking of meds when they asked me medical history) so I went a year without them and it was absolutely god awful dealing with that environment while withdrawing.. But I only left my bunk to shower and eat because I was so depressed and had absolutely zero energy to do anything anyways.. Got discharged and went to my doctor immediately.

Enter honeymoon stage 2 that lasted... maybe 2 weeks, 3 tops. I was so motivated those 2-3 weeks, landed a job, took my first check and bought a beater car and got my license back, life was going good.. then like clockwork the effects just vanished, no energy gains, muscle fatigue, just blah and blank.

Fast forward to present almost 15 years later and I have absolutely NOTHING to promote about any ADHD stimulant medication. The long term effects these pills inevitably bring leave you a hollow shell of your former self, it literally destroys your personality, ability to feel emotions, capacity to actually care about something, gives many people agoraphobic tendencies including myself, "Fog brain" where you have a hard time formulating sentences/thinking clearly and often stumble on words (I've noticed this past year that I'm getting horrible with this), Blurry tunnel vision, vitreous degradation (eye floaters).

I could elaborate further but it's nearly 4am.
