ELI5- Is it possible, or is it happening already, that monkeys are evolving into humans?

You should understand that "evolution" doesn't happen within a generation. Like, evolution is NOT "one individual learning how to use tools, how to write, how to speak" and becoming "evolved". That's not what it is. Evolution is mutations in the genes, over hundreds of generations of offspring, resulting in, say, gradually larger brains, or walking more upright, shorter arms longer legs, etc.

So no, monkeys are not evolving into humans. SOME monkeys, possibly the zoo ones, can observe human behavior and learn it, but the reproduction (passing it on to their babies and their babies and their babies, so it becomes "standard" for the species) is not happening at zoos.

We're not breeding monkeys to become "smarter" or more human-like in appearance, and they aren't naturally doing that. Monkeys in the wilderness (in the forests or whatever) don't have contact with humans and thus aren't emulating humans.
