Ellie announces her departure from Rooster Teeth

There's a difference between being an armchair CEO and noticing that there is definitely something going on that they aren't opening up about. I'm not speculating about what is actually happening with them as a company but this pattern of laying off 20% of their employees while a good chunk of higher up employees also choose to leave has not really happened in the history of RT in the past and when it happens at other companies it has usually signified some kind of structural or management change. Humans can't avoid recognizing patterns and while this could all just be a huge coincidence I wouldn't be surprised at all of 6 months to a year down the line some kind of more major changes were unveiled. Again I'm not going to speculate about what those changes could be, but if all of this is completely unrelated that would be quite the coincidence and it seems sloppy on RTs end to lay off a ton of employees in the midst of having multiple "faces" quit.
