Who gives a shit? This is literally one game. Climbing a ladder is never, has never and will never be about individual games. Ladder climbing is about consistency vs a field of players over a large number of games. If you have a 55% winrate with fairly regualr LP gains (say +20/-20), you're looking at 350+ games to go from silver to gold.

Well, no fucking shit dude. Anyone can win with a good team. That's really fucking easy. You need to learn how to win with teams that aren't as good.
I get a team who decides to invade i literally say "please do not invade its to obvious that were invading with a blitz they will counter it, we waste all summs they waste like 2 summs, i go top i have no summs have to miss a bunch of cs cuz im vs renek, i have to surrender lane and so i had a hard time doing anything so i didnt get ahead or behind i was even and our whole team is feeding btw and vel afks so it was over
Great, you didn't feed. Laning is only a portion of the game though. If you're coming out of lane evenly, you should be able to find ways to outplay their team post laning.

How about you don't be under the tower so you don't get 5v1'd? If you weren't feeding maybe the enemy team wouldn't be so far ahead.

This very well might be true. You could lane as well as a gold player and go absolutely full fucking retard post laning. Suddenly you're stuck in silver because your bronze 5 post-laning ability is evened out by your gold level laning skills. On the bright side, we found something for you to work on to improve as a player, right?
Also i find it funny they(plat and gold friends) always say "my team" when they lose but when i say that they say nah elo hell isnt real
