Elon Musk says China has an advantage because its politicians are better at science

I just think there’s multiple sides.

From your standpoint, a person getting a medical degree or similar by having someone else write their essays is wrong. Totally agree. Do I think it’s a police matter though? Not really.
Reportable to the school, sure, though there’s comments above saying many, many schools are aware of cheating by students but refrain from taking action because of alumni and parents paying them off. Because on the other side, doing the math I think, “damn, I could’ve actually used a few thousand dollars to better my life, so I can’t even imagine someone turning that down if they actually needed it.”

I’m not saying it’s right, but someone’s always getting paid somehow, whether that’s to do the work or look the other way.

And on a similar note, if you’d pass the class even without the test, were told to keep the item from Amazon, and even the managers break little dress code or similar rules, what’s the harm?
