He's only just begun. He's a pure narcissistic who has no consideration or empathy for other people. He got called out for manipulating Tesla stock prices so has now found an unregulated system he can indefinitely manipulate. It's literally a game to him. The money he's making from this is completely useless to him. It's a drop in the ocean compared to what he makes on a daily basis. He just enjoys the power.

He's a sociopath and it genuinely wouldn't surprise me if his recent announcement of having Asperger's is more scheming so he can defend himself against the social backlash. He'll claim he doesn't have the emotional foresight to empathise with society as others might and that he just works on figures.

It's all well thought out manipulation that would only work for someone who has the power that he already does.
