Even when reported the court system can be unreliable. I am a man who was attacked by a woman and despite confessing multiple times on the stand, the jury let her go. The DA didn't do their job in several areas and I still don't know why. She didn't even get my medical records which explain the damage I received that still causes me pain nearly 3 years after it happened. You'd think she would have after the defense got it and refused to admit it into evidence when they needed almost 6 months of extensions to have it.

I'm glad I didn't fight back or do anything physical in response because I know I would probably have a record today if I had.
