Our two young stars and building blocks are just that....young. They will learn from and this will motivate them over the summer. I feel like Embiid and Simmons needed a fire lit under them and this should do it. I think they both take a huge leap next year and especially Simmons.

I believe this game right here will turn Simmons into a top 10 player next season. Remember I said this. Throughout NBA history the greatest players have had their lumps during their early years in the playoffs and it has motivated them to get better from Curry, to Lebron, to Jordan, KD, Greek Freak and etc. Simmons really doesn’t have as many weaknesses in his game as most would think. He just needs to be more confident and aggressive and work on his shooting all summer.

Embiid actually has more to work on shockingly. Embiid needs to first lose weight and get in better shape, he needs to work on his power post moves cause yes he has finesse moves but he also needs to learn to use his body and bully ppl. He needs to work on his 3 point shot, and lastly he needs to study film or something cause he has poor basketball IQ to be an All Star player. Embiid and Simmons will improve and bring everyone back and also draft or sign a competent back up big man that can move please.

I think the draft is the route for that and Naz Reid from LSU would not be a bad choice. Also Zhaire will have a bigger role next season. Wouldn’t be mad at signing a vet bench scorer either. This team was only running with 7 players cause everyone else was useless I think if you give Brett another year even tho I hate his system and this team remains together and adds some depth they will be in the finals next season. I can see the Sixers being a 60 win team next year. Brett really needs to look himself in the mirror tho along with Simmons and Embiid and learn to put his players in better positions and stop all the dribble hand off shit. He’s lucky the coaching pool is weak right now or he probably wouldn’t be returning next season.
