Do employees have to have prior knowledge of devices and T-Mobile before getting hired?

One thing I have found after 7+ years of experience with them is that tmobile retail employees are extremely cocksure, even when they're wrong and will insist and argue points, as if they are executives or engineers of the company.

In reality, anyone subscribed to this sub knows way more about not only their employer but their plans and deals.

Also, if you're not adding a line or starting up a new service, they will stonewall you every chance they can, often outright lying.

This isn't all retails reps but definitely my experience with 4 out of 5. No offense and all but they don't seem to hire the brightest, most competent, or customer-service focussed reps.

If I gave T-Force a rating of 9 out of 10, retail wouldn't even score 1.
