Want to enable margin trading to avoid waiting for cash to settle, good idea?

Thank you for your comment, I am not sure I understand everything.

So I can buy/sell the same security 3 times in a span of 5 days but I can also buy/sell the same security every new day so long as I do not exceed 3 buy/sells of the same security every 5 days? Then you say to day trade with almost no restrictions I need $25k in the account. I have $28k but I use that every trade, so do I need an additional $25k?

Thank you for the note about how I have 4x my cash amount, usually I do a buy/sell and then wait for the process but ice been told even with cash accounts I can buy/sell and even buy with funds that are unsettled just that I can not sell those unsettled funds.

I am just trying to to see if margin trades will do what I want, which is to just be able to buy/sell whenever I want, usually only a buy one day and a sell on the same day and then the next day another buy/sell. I only want margin as I just don't want to have to wait an extra day of processing.
