No, because it doesn't need it. Fixing attack speed for its own sake is pointless because attack speed works just fine in the vanilla game. The only thing is that if you want to add new effects that modify attack speed, you need to fix attack speed first. Every mod that adds attack speed modifiers therefore comes with an attack speed fix.

Unfortunately, fixing attack speed more than once results in stratospheric attack speed. Disparity fixes attack speed by default. This means that some of my users already have the fix and others don't.

I could implement a toggleable attack speed fix in Ordinator and/or Wildcat... but people won't read anything and would just complain that my mods "break" their attack speed. Not to mention that console users can neither use an MCM nor change a globalvariable.

So I didn't include an attack speed fix and instead decided to be clever. The attack speed modifiers in Ordinator and Wildcat make an educated guess as to whether or not your attack speed is fixed and give you a different bonus in each case. So it doesn't matter whether or not your attack speed is fixed. (Note: this only works because I'm the only guy on the planet with this implementation. Try not to copy it.)
