Larry Pratt isn't a US Congressman. He was elected to the state legislature for one term 40 years ago. He's 75 years old and wanting to stay relevant and I'm sure isn't "hip" enough to understand he's being made fun of.

Imagine someone with a more nefarious plan and a briefcase of money. If they will do and say this shit for Ali G I don't imagine a lobbyist or foreign agent (professional manipulators with lots of cash/influence) would have trouble making these people bark like a dog and do anything they want.
