Enforcement mechanism for hemp D9

There is no real enforcement mechanism written into the new law. The Board of Pharmacy is charged with oversight of D9 products but they have like two dozen employees who have other responsibilities and they currently don't even have a lab set up to do testing for cannabinoids. The board has said they will rely on consumer complaints for any potential enforcement but it doesn't sound like they're really equipped to do much yet. And it's impossible to tell the difference between hemp D9 and marijuana D9 anyway. Some cities are temporarily banning D9 products but they aren't happy about picking up the slack with enforcement either. It's kind of wild west right now.
