If I could add on the point #3! Many people assume that immersion in the country which your target language is in is the only way to get fluent but that’s not true! There are all these Korean communities in your country but you have to find them! The most common gatherings/communities would be around interest group like sports, arts and even religion! At first it would probably be hard to find them but once you do, it really snowballs cause they introduce you to their friends who then introduce you to their friends friends so on and so forth :) Of course, always factor in that in human interaction, some will accept us and some won’t! Just don’t give up and keep trying until you make some solid friends!
