Engineering + Math double major?

You really should email an advisor, as the requirements will likely be different for you, but I've linked the potato cam pic of what they were for me. Additionally applied math is much easier to tack on for engineering, and if you want that, just dm me. The 18-24 extra hours is an absolute minimum and is really just clickbait lol. It just depends on what you can make overlap.

Notice that 151, 152, 251, and 308 are prereqs, and if you were in comp sci, you might get math 300 (csce 222) + a math 4xx elective (technical elective) + math 323 (math 304). That still leaves you with 21 extra hours in the best case; I don't know how people swing 18.

I really think you should just worry about etam unless you are an absolute tank in mathematics and will start in calc 3 and do 308 + 323 + 300 in spring of freshman year. Current students know that's a BS schedule to take on while doing engineering and etam, but that's how I did it, and I still have a lot to do. You would likely have less overlap with your degree as well.
