I feel like this is the kind of article that just proposes a hypothetical and uses it to make the reader feel like a superior person, therefore more interested in clicking on the article out of a hunger for more of that feeling. It's an advanced kind of clickbait, and there isn't anything wrong with that kind of tactic, but I feel that specifically aiming to give a constant sense of superiority leads to a lot of people with absurdly inflated self worth and a very depressed view of the world.

Not to mention that I disagree with the notion anyway. I'm sure we can all imagine some people that might actually care about that, but how common do you realistically think it is? Doesn't it seem like it wouldn't be a major issue? There's a lot of problems with social media and the way it affects us, but I'm not convinced that picking cat colors based on them is one of them.
