Enough with the misconceptions

With the exception of Odell and Collins drafts have not been all that great.

For example: The Cowboys did not miss on a single offensive line pick they made over the years. In other words. No Flowers type picks. Then we go to Tony Romo, now you might as yourself where did he come from? Well he was a back up, now I might be wrong here but he was drafted to be a back up, and he became a break out star. Sure he didn't win any superbowls but he gave Dallas plenty to cheer about over the years. Now, where did Prescott come from you might ask? Third rd draft pick to back up Romo, you live by the sword, you die by the sword. That's some pretty good 3rd round picking! Not to mention what I said before when I mentioned they built their O Line from the draft and didn't miss on a single one.

Who is making the offensive game plans for the week, is it Mcadoo is it Sullivan is it both and McAdoo calls the plays? If it's McAdoo is making the plans and calling the plays then Mike Sullivan is just a glorified QB. coach.
