ENTJ and Race/Sex-Based Discrimination

I debated responding to this comment but figured I would set some things straight.

  1. I understand that my racial identity may be difficult for you to understand. If you were educated on the subject, you would have found that there are many nuances on experiences of growing up in a multicultural household. I was giving specificity to the situation for those who would know what I'm talking about.
  2. This "snowflake language" and "millennial language" is actually the proper academic way of referring to these issues. Theories mentioned like the EVT were invented in the 1970s, these terms have been around in research critically studying, understanding, and combatting issues of race for a long time. They are just more common now because more people are taking the time to get educated in this matter, I see that you are not one of them.
  3. The term "identity politics" is a myth because when has politics ever not been about identity? Politics is the study of power-- it IS about who you are. And in this world, that has often been tied to identity and race.
  4. I am actually stunned that you used the phrase: "most women are womanly and not looking into that sort of position." This is such an archaic view of professionalism, I can see that you are definitely a part of the problem.
  5. I'm confused why you stated that Ross Perot was a biracial woman when he is most certainly a white male?
