Epic games needs to sign RDR2 exclusivity for PC

GTAV made over a billion in revenue two years ago. And that’s just one form of AIP. There’s also DLC and add ons. That’s what AIP means, after initial purchase.

AIPs were about 50% of GTA V’s total earned revenue two years ago. That figure is assuredly higher today. For the top earning games, AIPs account for 75% of total revenue. That’s across the board. Seventy five percent.

You have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. AIPs matter more than just the sales of a game. It’s where most of the revenue is coming from. And PC is notorious for having laughably low AIPs.

Like I said, the only reason Rockstar even bothered to make a PC port was because they were already doing next gen ports of the game. So they could tie in development. If the next gen systems weren’t there, they never would have allocated resources to make a PC port.

Just like they aren’t going to bother with RDR2. Because PC is an irrelevant afterthought. Companies at best outsource their PC ports, because nobody even wants to bother with it.
