Erdogan Could Face an Arrest Warrant in Sweden as Lawmakers Sue him for Genocide

This is wrong in every aspect that I can imagine.

1) With moves like this, all they are doing is make Erdogan more aggressive. It's not that he will ever be not aggressive but he is becoming even more so against Europe and western world. There is still an incredible number of people, like me, in Turkey who wants to keep ties and good relations with Europe. The chance of having a good relationship, even after Erdogan, dies with every moves like Sweden does.

2) PKK- Turkish battle has been going on for like 40 years. Erdogan did not invent it. He attempted to end it, but failed. And do not make mistake, he attempted to end it with the aim of getting more votes from Kurdish people. But as much as I don't like him, I have got to say, he tried.

3) The recent political mess that Turkey is in now is down to one man and one man only. As of today 50% of the country can not wait for him to go. Even AKP's own people know that the country is in a wrong direction. Yet, I am afraid with every day passing by, most of our former allies think the current mood is permanent.

4) You can not show me anyone who does not have ties with Kurdish people in Turkey. Friends, families, business ties etc. everyone has ties. The enemy here is not Kurds, it is PKK. Yes, there are nationalist idiots who just can not stand Kurdish people and there are a lot of them, but politically they do not have that much of power. PKK is killing innocent people not only in areas that Kurds mostly live in but also in Istanbul etc. Do not make a mistake PKK, TAK or YPG, who are funded and armed by USA by the way, are all the same group. They killed the innocent people near Besiktas' stadium including one of my friends. They made living impossible for the ones in south east. We should also state for the fact that Turkish governments had some embarrassing crimes against them in the past. But, as of today, Western medias Erdogan hate clouds their judgement. PKK is a terrorist organization that kills innocent people. That's it. There is just no way to put it.

You can't imagine how much I hate living in Turkey now. When I go to Germany for business, I feel very very disappointed to hear some questions about my country. When one of my customers ask me a paper that declares I did not buy the cotton from ISIS (YES ISIS!!!) I just can't explain my anger. When an american senator tells Trump that it is not Turkey and he can not threaten a journalist, you can not imagine my disappointment. I just want to live in my country peacefully, have the same relationship with my foreign friends as I did 10 years ago.

Living in Turkey, especially if you belong to "the other 50%" is very difficult. Our western allies do not make it any easier.
