Erik Jones' Rough Stretch Continues With Super Late Model Crash Today at Berlin Raceway

You can keep making things up if you want, but you should really try harder. For example, the 54 team this year is brand new. The 54 team from last season became the Cup 18 team, while the Cup 18 team became the Cup 11 team and the Cup 11 team became the Cup 19 team. That 54 is entirely new. The NXS 20 is the same as last season, while the NXS 11 became the NXS 18.

In 2012, RFR fielded one full-time NXS car (Stenhouse) and one part-time car (Bayne). Buescher did not race in the NXS that year. Stenhouse won the championship.

In 2011, RFR fielded three full-time cars in the NXS and won the championship with Stenhouse. Buescher made unimpressive two starts.

In 2013, RFR fielded two full-time cars (Bayne and Pastrana) with Bayne finishing 6th in the points. Buescher ran in a third part-time car (and by part-time, we're talking half the schedule) and did nothing impressive.

In 2014, RFR fielded three full-time cars with Bayne having a better average finish and points standings than Buescher.

So, to summarize: Buescher had crap equipment when he was on the same as the series champion (2011); Buescher had crap equipment when he was competing for the same organization that won the prior year's championship (2013); Buescher was competing for an effectively single care team that magically was fielding 2.5 cars (2013); Jones is competing for an established team that is literally new (2015 in the 54); Buescher was out produced when comparing him to Jones at similar stages in career progression but that's not important because that doesn't support you; and Buescher appears to be a more patient driver than Jones, with Buescher being 22 years old and competing in his fourth full-time season as a professional whereas Jones is 18/19 years old (birthday was in May) and in his first full-time season as a professional, but blah Buescher better 'cause you say so.
