i am having the same issue i called my ISP there was nothing wrong on there end. Yet i get load a single thin hosted by square enix, support page, moogle station and the launcher all don't respond.

This occurred halfway through a play session today i got disconnected and returned to this error message http://imgur.com/GN8wqOV

I have Done all mentioned in OP post + restart router and changing my DNS to 8.8.8.8 (and changing it back again)
