ESPN sort of just disrespected the entire career of the late Dražen Petrović..

I know a lot of people are going to disagree, but here is the thing about Drazen.

Drazen was the most talented player in former yugoslavia, and leader of former super talented yugoslav generation (Petrovic, Kukoc, Radja, Divac etc...). Guy had huge potential, but unfortiantely his career came short.

Drazen had two great seasons in the nba. Roughly averaging 21ppg, 3rbs, 3,3 assists, 1,3 steals per game. Those are very good numbers, but they were not ground breaking in the nba.

What Dirk did in his NBA career was 10 times better then any other European player, including Petrovic.

Drazen made his mark mostly in former yugoslavia, being the best player in Europe, but in NBA his career wasnt long enough for people to call him "greatest european basketball player of all time".
