[ETH PRO Daily Discussion] June 06, 2017

Guys at work who had some btc since $200s in 2015 or so asked me if I knew what the price is since i had quite a few back then. But since I am in a male dominated environment (me being female), i let them influence me on my decision to sell, since they are nerdy tech guys. so I thought they would know more. I thought wrong since I sold my btc at $300.

I regretted that decision so much that I put all my free time into fully researching crypo space and then noticed ether when I saw it was added to coinbase. I pulled the trigger (several times) last fall as the price of ether kept going down through dec.

I told these guys back in Jan there's ethereum/ether that's worth looking into. But they VERY quickly dismissed me (again probably because I'm nerdy, techy or male) saying I need to move on from crypto.

Then months go by and this happened just NOW: Him: did u see bitcoin price? Me: yeah Him: it's $3,000 Me: yeap, almost Him: did u see ethirium? (Pronounced it wrong) Me: it's pronounced ethereum Him: okay..... well its $270s. I bought at $150s (or something around that. I dont recall since i was trying not to scream) Me: i told u guys way back to look into it, but you all dismissed me

Then of course they wanted to know how much I held and I was not going to get into those numbers.

But it is definitely hard to resist saying that my cost to entry was at some points, sub $7 with average of around $10! So I'm posting this year to get this off my chest... it is really hard to believe that I got into this before my so called nerdy group of coworkers who was in btc before I was.
