EU Defends Spain’s Right to Use ‘Proportionate’ Force

ell democracy just means the people are represented

except what on this case people don't

why?, because there was ballot boxes filled whit votes even before voters voted

second, people could have voted multiple times

and for last, the amount of people did voted didn't reached beyond 40% if the numbers they did give up are to be believed(i don't because voters highly likely did voted multiple times)

so to make something to be democratic, it requires some stuff beforehand

1) people can only vote once

2) the vote boxes needs to be transparent before the voting start

3) it requires a high majority of people to be accepted to do a secession, a 90% of the population is required to be even a believable vote, and from that amount of people, around a 70% of people should be required to say yes to secede, a simple majority(50% + 1 votes) is not enough to be fair and democratic on such important issue, because you have to deal whit the another half of the population who don't want that if you do it that way
