The European Parliament voted to declare that "Black Lives Matter" and to denounce racism and white supremacism. The resolution has no legal consequences but sends a signal of support to anti-racism protesters, and it follows a UN call for a probe into police brutality and "systemic racism"

Which Poland thing exactly? Poland was found guilty of infringing the EU treaties, namely ensuring the Rule of Law, in 2019 by the CJEU. So in theory, they have to comply with that judgement or have to pay fines (not sure if anything happened in the fine department yet).
There is sadly nothing the EU could really do. There is no rule in place to kick anyone out.
There is a special procedure that allows the other member states to take away rights granted by the EU, like voting rights in the Council, but that requires an unanimous vote by all the other member states, but since Hungary does pretty much the same as Poland, they are backing each other and nothing happens.
