Its not bullying. See it like this. US is holding a party, and a group of friends always visits. Its always the same ones of that group that arent allowed to sit with the rest and the cool guys table. The group of friends, who we shall call the EU, dont like this. They call their buddy the US and tell them that unless they can all be placed on the cool table, they wont come for the US s next party.

The US says; youre drinking my beer and eating meh popcorn, so fuck you for telling me how to organize meh party.

EU friends instead go to a stripclub, get wasted in the bar and all arrested for public drunkness. Poland was even harassing some female cops, but thankfully they couldnt understand him.
