Lol no. You're correct in that the Philippine state is a US puppet, but dealing with that is a task for the Philippine working class. We don't need help from another geopolitical superpower to "stave off" US control in the region, because all that means is our fisherfolk lose access to the waters where they fish and even get harrassed or disappear after encounters with Chinese ships, and that Chinese finance capital gets pumped into our economy, making us dependent on yet another fucking imperialist country. This sub's double standards are just as bad as those who lick the boots of the American imperialists, so you can fuck off with your Chinese imperialism apologia. It does nothing to help the Filipino people (then again, it doesn't really make much of a difference because I'm guessing many of those who post here have never even done any real work with the masses in real life).
