Yes! I did for the first time only a few months ago. Without going in to too much detail, the job application required much more than a usual one would. They specifically said in the application pack that they would contact all applicants regarding intervy. After three weeks, no response (except to acknowledge they had my application).

I wrote and told them that I might expect that from Amazon or Aldi, but due to their industry and reputation they needed to do better. They apologized. Then a week later sent another email letting me know they had updated their hiring pack and policies and to thank me for my bravery in contacting them. They seemed sincere in that they genuinely hadn't thought how much it can impact people.

Felt good! In the meantime I managed to find a different job that I love.
