All the time w/companies.

I don’t know if it’s a city thing or what but all interviews I have attended recently (2) have never have followed up with rejection Or really any follow up even though they all emphasized they would. I didn’t really see them as a good fit so I wasn’t really dependent on a reply, but I could imagine the stress of someone really wanting it and being ghosted like that.

The first company I expected it just by their cultural and responses, but the second one I really expected a follow up since they were really trying super hard to have that good follow up/communication environment.

I just interviewed for a bigger corporation so I sorta do expect for a reply with a rejection or passing since it’s a lot bigger and structured, but who knows at this point.
