~20 years ago, I was visiting my Mema and we were doing all sorts of holiday baking. She's a fantastic cook and baker and I was just so excited to be with her and bake together. Two of the things we made were a cheesecake to take to to my Aunt's the next day and a huge batch of hamentashen for my grandpa.

We made such a mess. Flour and jam everywhere. My Mema took one look at us after and we both cracked up, tears running down our faces. To make it better, we took the cheesecake to my Aunt's - we forgot to add the sugar and it tasted awful. We lost it all over again and my Aunt thought we'd both gone mad.

Those are some of my absolute favorite memories with her and we still laugh about those couple days.
