Yes, my old manager was a horrible women she use to wave her hand in your face when she was done with listening to you (kind of like how you shoo a dog), she would call when she was off and ask you to do things and then when she would come back in she would make lies up and say I checked the computer records and you weren’t signed in even though she knows you were because the things I did for her I could only do on the system and I had enough one day and told her I know what you’re doing, you and I both know I was working and on the computer (Our computers use a card registered to each person ) so she did the hand shooing gesture and I just lost it, told her to fuck off and shove her job up her arse and stormed out. I then proceeded to go home and cry on the couch for hours. I felt so much better knowing I didn’t have to go in the next day and be subjected to it, it did affect me when applying for jobs because I wasn’t able to use them as a reference and that obviously brings up huge red flags for employers, in the end I ended up having to lie on my cv and use a fake reference and fake job. But it all worked out in the end.
