Out true life expectancy is 57. Anything beyond is just winning the lottery. The numbers are skewed by statistics. There are millions of people that are basically immobile. They sit in wheelchairs, stare at TVs, kids will never show up, and thank God a million times over for immigrants, because they take those jobs to take care of you in these facilities. It’s very rare to see someone that is not taking on those jobs.
We crumble so fast after. You just don’t see it. But no one wants to go. Even the most enlightened beings, they still don’t want to go.
Spend a day in a “Senior” center facility, just one day. You will never be the same. You can’t imagine it. Your world will never be the same.
Plan B: 10,000 steps, yoga, meditation, light weights, friends. Aging will be a very different experience.
