Do you ever still regret that covid happened and took away years from your life?

I couldn’t see my partner for over a year because he lives in the states. that sucked. n i’m pretty sure I have long covid. I feel like crap 90% of the time. and I missed two years of in person university. got way too used to staying home, now I hate commuting and leaving the house. especially because i’m immunocompromised and people insist on going on public transportation without masks while they’re coughing and sneezing. I also learned a lot about myself and got comfortable being alone. I like who I am now better than before. it still sucks though, especially because it’s been made clear that nobody truly cares about each other and that society is very individualistic.
