Doctors mostly work for their own ego. They are about as well paid as any wage slave and get ridiculous amounts of respect. Yes, they're necessary for a good society, but so are delivery drivers. That doesn't mean delivery drivers can't be selfish cunts.

Fact of the matter is that the US is vastly more wealthy than what is necessary to provide every citizen with good healthcare. And a huge number of countries do this. So whatever your "state of nature" garbage, it's factually irrelevant to the fact that every citizen can have healthcare. So opposing a society that provides healthcare for all when this is eminently doable is exclusively the realm of cuntbags.
