I'll take a crack at the helmet one since I crafted a similar helmet for my TS CF Glad last league.

Suffixes

A - Suffixes, WITHOUT recombinators:

1. Get your base, I used an 85 Nightmare Bascinet with the enchant I wanted.
2. Spam Deafening Essence of Loathing until you hit T1 Spell Suppression and pray the third suffix is open, if it isn't annul
3. Augment Chaos for Chaos Res(or any elemental res if you prefer)

B - Suffixes, WITH recombinators:

1. Buy multiple, unenchanted bases
2. Spam Deafening Essence of Loathing on two of them until you hit a second suffix of choice on each, ex. T1 spell suppression on one and T1 Chaos Res on the other, preferably with no more suffixes.
3. Smush them together and pray you hit all 3 desired suffixes

C - Recombinators and Fractured mods

1. Buy bases with fractured T1 Life, and/or fractured suffix of choice (T1 chaos res, T1 Int, etc). ilvl can be lower than 85 here since you can combine with an ilvl 100 base later to raise the outcome to 85.
2. Move fractured mods to the base of your choice, obtaining fractured Life + 1 other suffix makes the rest of the craft trivial
3. Spam Loathings until you get desired suffixes, ex. fractured Chaos Res, Mana Reservation, T1 Spell Suppression

Prefixes

A. With fractured Life

1. make sure your other prefixes are open. Suffixes can't be changed + Scour if needed.
2. craft Suffixes can't be changed, and use a T4 Aisling to add a veiled prefix
3. Craft "+1 Zombie/+1 Skeletons" to block it, then unveil and hope for +2 AoE gems. If you don't hit it, repeat steps 1 and 2 here

B. Without fractured Life

1. craft suffixes can't be changed and harvest reforge Life/Life more Likely and hope to hit T1 life. Repeat until you hit a tier you are satisfied with. If you hit T1 life and two other prefixes, can use Eldritch Annuls to try and remove one of them
2. Make sure you have at least one open prefix, then craft suffixes can't be changed and T4 Aisling. Hope that it removes the crafted mod or an undesired prefix. If it removes Life repeat step 1
3. If you have an open prefix, craft "+1 Zombie/+1 Skeletons" and unveil. If you you miss, repeat steps 1 and 2

Finishing Touches

1. Use Eldritch Currency to obtain desired implicits
2. Get Lab Enchant via a Lab runner if you didn't start with an enchanted base
