I just had this one. A skinny white guy was visiting someone's house because they suspected him of having stalked his grandma who was a precious old lady with great grey hair and a lovely pink jumper. Then once the door was open the stalker snatched the grandma after getting angry and crushed her ribs with a walking stick. Then the guy notices a picture frame with his grandma in it. He attempted to run in but was pushed out by the guys who did that to his grandma who was some giant white tattooed body builder wearing a blue ragged leather jacket. Then the rest of the dream was audio only and the grandma escapes through window in the basement and was roaming the streets of India. She hit over a few bins and now had no arms or legs. She was found by a blonde German man and was used in human trafficking. The audio bit of the dream was the grandma sort of describing her story after the point with a few sound effects.
