I see it in every office, every retail store, every business I walk into. Employees look so tired!

Why? Cause I'm not telling the person it's okay to suicide? It's not okay to suicide. Ever. That's mental illness. The species didn't evolve through suicide, it evolved through survival at all cost. All life does.

Of life is actively choosing death, then it's against the cycle. It's not natural. It's not nature's way. Hence mental illness.

Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed about, but just know if you are mentally ill, you are not likely thinking rationally. Your thinking emotionally and unable to control it.

So I told the person to think about it, because life isn't all about just you. It's about everyone on the planet. Your friends, family, etc.

How would this person feel if their mom or dad did this and they were 5 years old? How about if there sibling did it at 13 with them? Etc. They'd be devastated right? Destroyed?

So that's why I say think about it before you do it, before mental illness isn't rational thinking and if the tables were flipped they would be destroyed mentally. Just go read r/suicidebereavement sub. See what I'm talking about.

Or keep advocating for this person to die despite their illness. I'd rather help and share awareness, then just agree with them in their flawed irrational thinking
