I know everybody have different muscle insertions but how i could make the deltoids pop more ?

Oooh, a post that's finally directed at me. I was you. For all of my life, I was you. I always had a small frame but having narrow shoulders made me look small too. As you can imagine, I was pretty self-conscious about my shoulders. At first, I tried doing lots of lateral raises. This helped but what made the most progress was when I started doing seated overhead presses every 2 days. It was first on my workout, 3 days a week. This helped a lot. Form is INCREDIBLY important. I injured myself twice and that was worse than not working out as I had to sit out for a week each time to heal. So take it easy but keep progressing. I personally used nSuns for seated overhead press even though I didn't use nSuns for anything else. For someone who had trouble growing my delts, it helped. I currently OHP 135 for reps. I also do lateral raises on push days. 4 sets high weight low reps, and 3 sets lower weight high reps.

Also, cutting weight after gaining made the shoulders pop more. But grow the mass first
