$750 twice would be anomaly. As in it’s so out of the ordinary to have the same exact income tax year to year that it is very likely it’s beyond tax avoidance unless it’s a specific area of the coast that limited losses for the years.

Also, if he were under audit as he claims for more than 3 years it would most likely be a fraud investigation. So he’s either lying, fraudulent, or has a Revenue Agent with multiple statute extensions about to get fired because he’s been auditing the President of the United State’s past 15 returns and has longest on going audits in the US. My bet is he’s lying.

Also, audits don’t stop people from releasing returns. Revenue Agents don’t care who you show it to. Even if they did, no one would stop the President of the United States from releasing his own returns.
