??? Outside of a handful of truly Highlight plays that make you jump out your seat… Carter hasn’t come close to maximizing his talent.

In some situations that is a good thing, but in his case you would need him to take a huge leap forward to justify the risks of Carter’s lack of on field production and his conditioning flags. Carter had many games where he was just plan not out there cause he was in terrible shape.

So you are hoping that Carter all of a sudden will get the kind of motor and discipline needed to start maximizing his talent….where as the splash plays he made we’re not in so much abundance that he actually has production that justifies his hype.

Carter has higher ceiling but a much lower floor. Cancy is the kind of guy you know he’s going to max out what he can do. Carter you are going to be hoping every damn day he is dialed in. Both players are great? But I think Carter’s tape presents red flags and his production on tape isn’t much better.

Carter being a top 5 pick is almost 60-70% based on flashes and potential
