Everyone wants to work for Apple. Why doesn't anyone want to compete with Apple?

lol...i get Apple has good employees, but i know the industry i came from had some pretty creative thinkers too, and you learn, there's a lot of great employees out there. you're hunting for 9 other v amazing people in a city like Toronto (4M population, and Windsor nearby).

every start-up faces brand identification chaellenges, but I think it would work in your favor if you weren't a disgrace. that means you actually need to give a fuck about your product, and the product you put out needs to be world-class quality, and if it's not, you don't put it out. if there's defects, bugs, problems, you don't put it out. you get the formula right, and you launch a product that you're proud of every time you think of it.

every business is a risk. i think a pizza shop has the same risk, if not more (because higher competition, less control over logistical and product costs etc.).

to me, if you're going to build a business, and take that HUGE risk, let's say in that market, why tf would you not innovate and really compete? why hasn't anyone? even the big guys don't, why?
