To everyone who contacts the Republican Party of Texas about that faithless elector - be sure to do it RESPECTFULLY. Show them our best

I'm a little confused by your post. Not sure if this is what you're looking for but I'll run through what will likely happen + a worst case scenario...

Trump theoretically has 306 electoral votes and he only needs 270 to win.

100% Likely case:
Since there's 0% chance HRC convinced 37 electors to vote faithlessly, Donald will have >270 votes. Congress will choose not to object to the handful (max) faithless votes because they don't change the outcome. And it means a 2hr meeting for each objection just to debate ambiguous statutory law from 1887.
RESULT: Donald wins with a few less votes than he should have received but still wins the mandate.

Impossible case: After this point, it's 50% conjecture and 50% crazy talk. There's no point talking strategy when everyone agrees it'll be a no drama affair. But...

37 electoral voters are convinced not to cast their Trump vote and vote faithlessly (for JEB! or whatever). No faithless elector has ever switched to the opposite party so neither Trump nor Hillary wins the 270 mandate. JEB!'s votes could be nullified, but regardless, it kicks to the 12th Amendment process.

(If they did switch their votes to HRC, Congress would challenge the faithless electors and, with simple majorities in both House and Senate, nullify her "win" in the Electoral College. Same result, neither has the 270 mandate, kicked to 12A rules)

12A Process - No candidate with 270: The House picks the President and the Senate picks the Vice President in contingent elections. Trump, HRC & JEB! (or possibly no 3rd option, this is all crazy speculation) are put up for the vote in the House. Pence and Creepy-Kaine are voted on in the Senate.
RESULT: Republican majority in House (247/435) elects Trump** and GOP majority in the Senate (54/100) elects Pence.

**Trump technically needs 217 House votes to win. Since there's a 0.00% it kicks this low in the 12A process, there's no point considering what might happen if 30 GOP House members defect.
