You had me until you said it's just as hard for women as it is for me to find a partner. I don't have any data to show right now, but I can say with certainty that's not true. Women can always be more selective than men there's a reason why something like online dating women will get probably 10 swipe rights to a guys 1 swipe right. You have/are something men will compete for, hard. Men are generally seen as disposable and undesirable, especially if they're poor or have some normal issues. Now I'll give you that it's hard for women to find a top 10/20% type guy. But if your standards are as low as most men's standards are, it's very clear, women have a far easier time. BUT I agree with you that it's also a struggle for women. It's just not equal to a guy's struggle at all.
