Everyonedoesit experiences

I know this is kind of dead, but just wanted to chime in and say I just cancelled my order from them after being jerked around for almost 2 weeks and having to pay return shipping on the wrong item that was sent by their error. Namaste is not EDIT, and I had no knowledge they were bought out by them until after the transaction. I got fed lie after lie. I was told everyday when I asked chat that the shipment would go out that day. Shipment went out 4 days after the date it was promised, product came from overseas when it didn't need to, I got through to one person on the phone after 4 days of calling that couldn't help me and gave me the hours to call back, which were worthless. I got an incredibly sketchy call from a private number saying they were a site called "vapor seller" that said they were associated with EDIT and were saying that my order was being cancelled and I was also being charged $30 dollars more than what I paid(found out this was probably a result of a drop shipment, but they gave all my info when I asked without me confirming my identity or anything). I was told that once they confirm a postal worker picked up my return package the next one would be sent out so I wouldn't have to wait. Instead of informing me that they are having shipping delays before I make a purchase, (I really looked all over their site for something indicating this, I found nothing) my shipping confirmation email included a 10% off coupon code saying something along the lines of "Here is a 10% off coupon for your next order in case of shipping delays because we are moving warehouses". W.t.f. That's incredible deceptive IMO and I won't go to any site this company owns now. I was incredibly patient and reasonable the whole entire process to give them a chance. My experience as been pure stress and disappointment... never again!
