Everyone's "glad" that Chauvin got convicted, this just ensures that nothing will change.

I don't even care if he was trained wrong, if you're trained to kill people you should go against that. Take some responsibility for your own life. I used to work at a supermarket that was a health and safety disaster and I went against orders all the time because the alternative would've been giving customers food poisoning. If it felt like I was being told to do something that would endanger someone, I'd google it on my lunch break and then do whatever wasn't going to poison someone. Information has never been easier to access, lack of education isn't an excuse. If you are a lazy moron who just wants to follow orders, no one is forcing you to go choose a career where your decisions are the difference between life and death.
