I have over 500 hours logged and S3 SR was enough to make me quit playing completely. It's completely ruined the game for me.

The MMR system puts way too much emphasis into a players average career SR. To the point, where any players who have played super casual for any kind of prolonged period (such as when the game first came out) are being punished indefinitely in an unfair manner.

I've also shared my account with new players (room mates) which has made this issue even more pronounced.

At this point increasing my SR has become a chore. About 75% of my games played overall are try-hard, and the other 25% has been stupid casual stuff.

In essence, that alone makes my rank 25% inaccurate, which means I'll need to play a ridiculous amount of try-hard only games to balance it back out. Which is absolutely unacceptable to me personally - I refuse to waste weeks of my life just to do something that could be fixed by buying a new account. Which is what I plan on doing (hence why I'm no longer playing). However, I'm NOT happy about having to buy a 2nd account in order to enjoy the game further.
