I came to this reddit hoping for some sort of redemption. I see all the easily predictable plots unfolding. "OMG TIME-TRAVEL INVOLVED" they say, I -refuse- to believe a stoic and constant asshat (slash lovable amazing legend) like GRR would really go that whole paradox route. I pray, wish, dream, pray again, wish more, jizz a bit, etc.. that he's giving us this GIGANTIC middle-finger style red-herring and I WOULD FUCKING LOVE THAT!!! .. but I'm scurred.
That being said, this entire episode, I would have bet my life, soul, pension, son daughter and wife, on the pure fact that Bran Stark was gonna go mother fucking SSJ. SUPER SAIYAN style, something epic go down, Bran just tear.. dat. house. down. Didn't happen. Instead they "Nomored" fucking Hodor. BULLSHIT. And FUCK that time paradox. PLEASE DON'T TIME PARADOX US WITH THIS! Holy shit so far this has been 99.99999999999999999999thpower percent fucking medieval and AMAZING! If you come in here on us and drop this goddamn Back to the Future shit on us (despite the fact that I lived for 3/4 of my life for BTTF stuff) to explain why so many bad things that happened in the past in a medieval timeline can suddenly be rectified, I will lay an egg. I'll be the first male on planet Earth to literally shit an egg.
But I have massive confidence that GRR is so smart and so cunning and such a troll (in the most self-aware and genius way possible) that he knew we'd blow up like this, and he's just laughing his ass off like the mad Einstein of the current era that he is. He knows. He HAS to know. His books haven't been shit AT ALL and his HBO show has made HBO a brand again for the first time in nearly two decades. HE FUCKING KNOWS. And he knows he's giving us little bites of shit compared to his upcoming book.
If he's as stupid as everyone else things he is, I will quit life. If one of the best story tellers of all time can have his entire plotline predicted by reddit, I'll stop breathing because after that, what's really left? Fuck it, MAN!~ FUCK IT!
